What is this, in plain words?

Finding a job in Germany means sending lots of applications (a Bewerbung). Each one needs a German-style CV and a cover letter (Anschreiben) that fits the specific job. Writing them takes hours, so most people give up or send the same generic letter everywhere.

I do that work for you, like a personal assistant. Every month I find jobs and companies that match your profile, look up the key people there (hiring managers, team leads, HR), and email them in your name with a message written for that job. That's 100 applications a month, each one written by a person with AI as a helper, never mass-generated.

Replies come straight to you, so employers deal with you directly, just like any other applicant.

Questions

Do you guarantee interviews or a job?

No. Nobody honest can. I make sure every application is tailored and sent to jobs that fit you. How employers respond depends on your profile, your German level and the market.

Do I need to speak German?

For most jobs in Germany, some German helps a lot. I'll tell you honestly which roles are realistic for your level, and I can also target English-speaking roles.

How are applications sent in my name?

By email from you: either your own inbox, with your permission, or a new address in your name that forwards everything to you. Nothing goes out before you've approved your CV and base cover letter, and every application is listed in your weekly update.

Is this AI?

No. A real person researches the companies and writes every message. I use AI as a helper, the way a writer uses spell-check, but every application is checked and sent by me.

What do you need from me?

Your current CV, certificates (and your Anerkennung, if you have one), the kind of jobs you want and the regions you'd accept.

How does the referral work?

When you get a job, the €100 fee is waived if you've referred someone who signs up for the service. Just tell me who you referred.

What does interview preparation include?

A session where we go through the job, the questions you're likely to get and how to present your experience, so you walk in confident. It's optional and only offered once you have an interview.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans run month by month. Tell me before your next month starts and it simply ends.

What happens to my data?

I only use your documents to apply for jobs for you, and delete them when we stop working together, unless you ask me to keep them.
